Before we came we took contact by internet with a local travel agency, my friend paid them too much money.  When we talked with the boss of this agency, he promised us a reimbursement. But when we tried to look for his office we haven't found the building with number 51.  We do not know whether it exist or not, or whether he is a scammer. If we had to go to the Police, how can we explain our problem?

Then they went to Gobi Aimag by car for the excursion as planed.  According to what I had thought, the man was not a scammer, but a very honest man though not well organized.
